• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Star Talent Hunt reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts with false or misleading information.

4. Use of Platform

You agree to use the platform solely for its intended purposes:

• Creating and managing a talent profile.
• Participating in talent evaluations and events.
• Interacting with scouts, coaches, and sponsors.
• Sharing your sports achievements and media.

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes or to impersonate others.

5. Content Ownership & Usage

• All content you upload (images, videos, documents) remains your property.
• By uploading content, you grant Star Talent Hunt a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content for promotional and evaluation purposes (e.g., showcasing talent, media highlights).
• You may request content removal at any time.

6. Talent Evaluation & Selection

Talent evaluations are conducted by verified coaches and scouts based on submitted performance. Selection does not guarantee placement in any institution, team, or sponsorship program. Star Talent Hunt does not guarantee career advancement.

7. Code of Conduct

All users are expected to act respectfully and responsibly. Harassment, abusive behavior, or misuse of the platform will result in account suspension or permanent ban.

8. Third-Party Links & Partners

Star Talent Hunt may contain links to external partners or sponsors. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party websites. Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Star Talent is not liable for:

• Loss of data due to technical issues
• Rejection from trials or camps
• Any direct or indirect damages resulting from platform use

10. Account Suspension & Terminations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in any form of abuse or fraud.

11. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your information.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms. Major updates will be notified via email or website banners.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad.
